The visit not only exposed them to cutting-edge facilities but also allowed them to interact with experts in the field. Witnessing the launch complex and learning about significant projects like the Mars Orbiter Mission and the Reusable Launch Vehicle Technology Demonstrator inspired the students and broadened their horizons in the field of space exploration. It is named after, Narla Tata Rao, the erstwhile chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Electricity board. The power plant is one of the coal-based power plants of APGENCO. Visakhapatnam Steel Plant fondly called Vizag Steel. It is the first shore based Integrated Steel Plant in the country and is known for its quality products delighting the customers. It is a market leader in long products and it caters to the needs of diverse Industrial sectors.
