Genesis

The Mining Department at Godavari Global University is rooted in the recognition of the vital role played by the mining industry in driving economic growth and sustainable development. Inspired by the immense potential and significance of mining, our department was established with a vision to nurture skilled professionals who can meet the evolving demands of the industry. e are committed to providing a comprehensive and industry-relevant education that empowers our students to drive innovation, foster sustainable practices, and contribute to the responsible extraction of mineral resources.

Program Educational Objectives

Within a few years after the graduation, the graduates will be:

  • Plan and design mine project operations.
  • Apply engineering skills/techniques to manage mining operations effectively and solve mining engineering problems.
  • Be able to design/execute all project operations of surface and underground mining projects in an eco-friendly manner.
  • Be able to analyze and evaluate the economics of mining projects for sustainable development.
  • Apply the skills/techniques in project management, execution, and decision-making.
  • Execute/apply engineering principles in the exploration, exploitation, and reclamation of mineral resources.
