Our Vision

To be a renowned department for imparting education in the specialized domain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and in moulding students into professional engineers.

Our Mission

  • Develop professionals who are skilled in the area of artificial intelligence by imparting knowledge in cutting edge areas like image processing, speech recognition, natural language processing, knowledge representation, expert systems, machine learning, deep learning, etc.
  • Impart quality and value-based education and contribute towards innovation in these areas of computing
  • Organize conferences, seminars, workshops, short term trainings, extra- and co-curricular activities in these areas
  • Apply new advances using high performance computing hardware and software

Program Educational Objectives

Within a few years after the graduation, the graduates will be:

Dr.R.Tamilkodi

Professor, AI &ML

Dr. R.Tamilkodi is the Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at Godavari Global University, Rajahmundry, A.P. With over 19 years of experience in academia, she has been dedicated to teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students in various domains of computer science. She earned a Ph.D. from Saveetha University, Chennai, an M.Tech in Information Technology from Karnataka University, and an MCA from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. Her research interests include image processing, content-based image retrieval, network security, machine learning, and cloud computing. she has published research papers in prestigious journals indexed in Scopus, SCI, and Web of Science, along with two books and four book chapters in Springer series. As a life member of the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), the Red Cross Society, and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), she is actively engaged in the academic community. Additionally, she serves as an Associate Editor for the international journal IJCINI, ensuring the quality and integrity of scholarly publications. She is committed to empowering students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a course about the new paradigm of objects interacting with people, with information systems, and with other objects. The course will focus on creative thinking and on hands-on project development.
